TICKET SALES AND REFUND POLICY
The purchase of this ticket is final. Once the purchase is made, no returns or refunds will be issued.
Reservations and payment
A seat selection is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. Expired reservations release their seats. The 11.5% IVU and service fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by ATH Móvil.
Admission
Each QR code admits one person once. Keep your tickets private: anyone with the QR code can use it. Bring a valid ID if the organizer requests it.
Event changes
If the organizer cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be notified by email with further instructions.
