Terms and conditions

All sales are final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once a purchase is completed, including for no-shows.

Reservations and payment

A seat selection is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. Expired reservations release their seats. Service fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by ATH Móvil.

Admission

Each QR code admits one person once. Keep your tickets private: anyone with the QR code can use it. Bring a valid ID if the organizer requests it.

Event changes

If the organizer cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be notified by email with further instructions.
